Everyone’s favourite Swedes Peter, Bjorn & John popped in to Pure Groove Records in Farringdon last Thursday to play a warm up for their sold out Scala show later that night. Yours truly was on hand to hear the band play a few songs from their forthcoming album Living Thing, due out late March. Highlights were latest single ‘Nothing To Worry About’, limited 7” release ‘Lay It Down’ with it’s comedic lyrics of “Shut the fuck up boy, you are starting to piss me off, get your hands off the girl, you have already had enough”! Then as a mini encore we get what I think they said was a Feelers cover. Whatever it was it was excellent, check out the video below for yourself.
